I started reloading just before everything went off the shelves. I’ve used CCI 209 primers in 410 bird and buckshot loads and 20 gauge birdshot loads. They are easy to use, and ignite every time. Would buy more if I could find them. April 2020

Work great, no failure to fires, and work easily in all brands of hulls. surprising, feeds better in my MEC reloader with only 2 feeding upside down so far.

46 years I’ve been shooting now and have never had a failure to fire due to the CCI primer on any bullet whether CCI factory loaded ammo or primers I have used to reload. I’m sure that you can count on their primers whether plinking or in a jam. I’must say that I cannot say that about other ammunition primed with other primers. 4 years ago a good buck walked away because I wasn’t using a CCI product. It just wasn’t his time because at 30 yards he didn’t have a chance with the 45-70. I hunted him hard too. He busted me twice but the third time he was charmed by my poor choice of ammunition.

Very consistent burn, I think they are just as good as Winchester primers, have not had one single primer from CCI fail in over 2 years.
